Bonding agent T-15
1.Description
Bonding agent T-15 is special designed for bonding process modification.T-15 loaded in the base powder before bonding , can effectively help the effect pigments dispersing in base powder and reduce the pigment dosage; also can greatly improve the process temperature (10℃)and to avoid caking happens; promote the metallic pigment distribution at levelling stage; improve abrasion resistance and eliminate finger marking.The final metallic powder could combined with DFA T-936(post additive) would be preferred; however, as for dry-blending metallic coatings, T-15 also have effects.

0.3-0.8% of total powder be added in base together before bonding

Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight 10kg per bag. Store in cool and dry place to avoid moisture. According to our experience, the shelf life of this product is at least 2 years when ambient temperature below 30 ℃.
