1.Description
Description: T-5218 is Sulphonic acid amine catalyst which could be used as catalyst for Powdelink 1174 system.T-5218 for exterior bigger textured wrinkle finish at dosage of 0.2-0.4%.

4.Characteristics:
①Normally PU resin content 55-65%, more bigger and good performance wrinkle finish depends on higher resin content.
②Polyurethane (hydroxyl value 35±5) combine with curing agent T-1174 chemical ratio is 94/6;curing gent T-1530 IS 83/17;1% T-1530 replace of T-1174 could be used to enlarge the texture and increase the gloss of the film
③2-4% epoxy resin can be used to enlarge the texture and reduce the gloss of film.
5.Package and storage:
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight 25kg per bag. Store in cool and dry place to avoid moisture. According to our experience, the shelf life of this product is at least 2 years when ambient temperature below 30 ℃.
